When did you begin working in the field of education?
I began teaching second grade in Seymour, Indiana in August 1995.
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Options team?
As a former school teacher and mother of six, I am passionate about helping kids become the best they can be-both inside and outside the classroom. I am so excited to join a community who has made that their mission. I can already tell that the Options family is truly that: a family. I feel so honored to be a part of it.
What do you enjoy outside of Options?
Outside of Options, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Chad, and our six children. They keep us busy with all of their various sports and activities! I also enjoy reading, cooking, Bible study, and attending concerts and musicals. When the weather is nice, my family and I love spending time outdoors, riding bikes and walking the trails in our community with our 2 year old Goldendoodle, Remmie.
