Serving Grades 6 – 12
Having debuted during the 2019-20 school year, the Evening Program at Options is designed for students desiring the one-on-one attention of small class sizes, individualized learning plans, and direct instruction from caring teachers, but also need an alternative class schedule other than the typical 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. school day. Accredited by the Indiana Department of Education, the Evening Program lasts from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with required attendance based on course difficulty and student needs. Students under the age of 18 can also participate in the Evening Program if they meet the following requirements:

- Social/Emotional issues
- Transportation issues
- Expecting or has children
- Work-related issues
- Expulsion from the school building with an Alternative Education Plan

– June 2019
When did you begin working in the field of education?
– In July 2006 as High School Social Studies Teacher
What do you enjoy most about being part of the Options team?
– I am excited to be working with a group of educators who are focused on supporting all students to succeed and help prepare them for what comes after high school.
What do you enjoy outside of Options?
– I am an avid Disney fan. Our family visits Disney parks often. We collect watch listen and experience as much Disney as we can as a family. I enjoy running and have completed several half marathons and enjoy running regularly. I am also a big Indianapolis Colts fan and try to meet as many of the players as possible.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the Options team?
– Building relationships with students and teachers.
What do you enjoy outside of Options?
– I love to spend as much time with my family as I can. I have a 2 and a 4 year old that take up a lot of my time at home and I love it!
